10.5” Gen 3 Shorty 5.56 CHF Complete Upper

Barrel

  • 10.5” 5.56mm cold hammer forged with 1:7 twist
  • Our chrome lined barrels are cold hammered forged and made with the material callouts and manufacturing process for the M249 Machine Gun barrel*
  • 5.56mm NATO chamber
  • Carbine length gas tube system
  • Noveske marked gas block: Low profile, .750” journal, pinned to barrel
  • M4 barrel extension w/extended hand polished feed ramps
  • ½” x 28 muzzle threads with Q Cherry Bomb muzzle brake

Upper Receiver

  • Noveske Gen 3 precision machined billet receiver from 7075-T6 aluminum w/extended feed ramps
  • Hardcoat type III anodizing, then Armor Black Cerakote ceramic coating for superior finish longevity
  • Black nitrided Noveske marked forward assist
  • Noveske Marked Geissele Super Badass ambidextrous charging handle
  • Featuring anti-rotation interface with handguard
  • Phosphate coated bolt carrier, full auto compatible, chrome lined carrier bore and key
  • Properly staked grade 8 American made gas key bolts
  • Phosphate bolt made from Carpenter 158 heat treated steel MPI tested (magnetic particle inspected)

Handguard

  • GEN 3 NSR-9” (M-LOK) Free Floating Handguard
  • Featuring M-LOK mounting positions every 90 degrees (3,6, and 9 o’clock) with picatinny 1913 top rail
  • Light weight American made steel barrel nut
  • Hardcoat type III anodizing, then Armor Black Cerakote ceramic coating for superior finish longevity
