This particular Ergo brand pistol grip is my favorite for grip texture, color and width/thickness. As those of us know that gripping the rifle as you clear Objectives in a variety of conditions tends to lend itself to complications, even with a recently operated shoulder this grip is solid and allows me to operate the rifle one handed while pie-ing and entering rooms easily without losing any speed adjusting one or two hand on the weapon. Loses one star because for the price, it should have included a bottom cap for light storage. Otherwise an awesome choice for shorter heavier rifles.

Once I got my tools together, installation was a snap. The grip is very comfortable and has more girth and slip resistance than my OEM grip. There is no cap at the bottom for storage, if that is something you need. That didn't matter to me, because this was purchased for my home defense AR. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.
