Description
AE 30th Anniversary M4 – Gothic Serpent 5.56 Suppressor
For the 30th Anniversary of Operation Gothic Serpent we are introducing in limited quantity, the Gothic Serpent M4. This is a remanufacturing of the suppressor MSG. Gary Gordon used on his Colt 723 during The Battle of Mogadishu.
The Gothic Serpent has special commemorative engraving (bottom side, not visible when mounted) and comes with a 3-piece collar that is engraved with a serial number matching your suppressor. It is Cerakoted in Ops Inc Grey, which is a dark grey with subtle green hue that compliments older anodizing and manganese phosphate finishes.
The M4 is a modified Ops Inc. 3rd Model that adds a 5.56 baffle stack and keeps the direct thread 1st section. The M4 was designed directly thread onto a 14.5″ M4 Carbine with the simple instillation of a 3-piece collar that interfaces with the front sight block.
The M4 suppressor was notably used by MSG. Gary Gordon during The Battle of Mogadishu. This event was depicted in the 2001 movie Black Hawk Down.
