Aero Precision AR15 Stripped Lower Receiver, Gen 2 - Anodized Black

Aero Precision's AR15 Gen 2 Stripped Lower Receiver is the perfect base for your custom AR15 build. Machined to mil-spec dimensions, our lowers work with standard AR15 components and ensure the highest quality with a correct component interface.

Gen 2 Improvements

  • Upper Tension Screw - Allows users to fine tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver through the use of a nylon tipped tensioning set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. This provides a tight fit with any standard AR15 upper receiver.
  • Increased Magwell Flare - Allows for easier insertion of magazines and provides a sleeker look.

    Assembly advantages

    Unique features over competition. Polymer screw to adjust tension between upper & lower receivers for snug fit. Rear takedown pin detent spring held in place w/small set screw. When buffer extension tube comes off, the spring doesn't escape.

    Just Building My 2nd Aero Precision AR Receiver.

    At this price level, you can't do any better than Aero Precision.Good fit and finish and looks like a more expensive part. Bauer Precision is a nice store to visit. Good service and complete inventory. If you need expert advice, this is a great place to go in the Denton area.

    I bought 2 of these before time runs out in California to register. They are really nice and well made. I'm Looking forward to assembling them into full working AR's.
